Eucharis lily (Eucharis grandiflora)

 is a family heirloom from as far back as my grandmother.

Grandfather’s rose has bloomed twice this summer and these are the last of the second bloom.

Grandfather’s rose was given to my grandmother when my mother was born in 1929.

  2. I love hand me downs. My yard is full of plants that were gifts from family and friends.

    • I have several too. One has become a big problem and needs dug out, as in dig out little over half the butterfly garden. I’ll procrastinate until the heat breaks.
